About Rachel: Rachel is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with extensive counseling experience in private practice, worksite wellness, and counseling-based research studies. Rachel completed her PhD in behavioral nutrition (a mix of psychology and nutrition) from Columbia University, and is an expert in helping clients overcome specific obstacles or challenges that prevent them from reaching their goals.
